Tarah has been with Cindy as a groomer since 2003! Tarah enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, anything outdoors with her fur babies, and especially being with her family. At home, she has dogs, cats, and a bearded dragon. Tarah loves her job because she can share in the lives of so many wonderful pets, while making them pretty/handsome. Also, playing and getting silly with the animals is a bonus at CCC.
Christa has been with CCC since 2007 and is one of our pet care attendants. She has a chihuahua named Baby and enjoys walking her dog in the park. At CCC, she enjoys all the unique breeds. Spending time with the animals, especially feeding, is a special kind of “therapy” for Christa. Also, she enjoys the caring friendships she has developed with Cindy and all the staff.
Courtney has been working as a receptionist at CCC since June 2012. She has many hobbies, such as: restoring leather, building designs, selling items, living healthy, and enjoying nature. She has no pets now, but would love to have our “office manager”, Lewis, as her pet. Her favorite part of her job is to help people better understand their pet.
Kelli has been with CCC since January 2014 as our bather/groomer. Kelli enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her shih tzu, Gracie. At work, she enjoys having the freedom to spend time with so many wonderful animals, and sharing many good laughs and moments with her coworkers as she enjoys the animals.
Don has been a pet care attendant for CCC since February 2015. His hobbies are baseball, golf, and dogs, and he has several dogs. The favorite part of his job is making sure all the animals are well taken care of (water, bedding, food, TLC), especially before he leaves for the night. He appreciates the philosophy at CCC, that is, we treat each animal as if they are our own.
After many years as a Special Education teacher, Sandy joined her twin’s team February 2015. She enjoys reading and spending time with family, especially her grandson. She shares pet ownership, 2 dogs and 2 cats, with Cindy. She loves helping the customers and getting to know them and the large variety of pets who come in to CCC’s for lodging, grooming, rescue, day camp, and training. Additionally, Sandy enjoys experiencing Cindy’s skills in saving many pets and, at the same time, helping many people.
Lester started working at CCC as a pet care attendant in May 2017. His hobbies are bowling, comic books, and being with family. He has cats and dogs at home. Lester’s favorite part of his job is day camp – playing with the dogs and cats and getting to know them. At CCC’s there are many opportunities to interact with the animals, and Lester enjoys this.
We were pleased that Danielle returned to CCC in April 2018, this time as a bather. Previously, Danielle worked for us as a pet care attendant. In her time off, she enjoys fishing and camping, being with her family and friends, and spending time with her dog, Hoover. She is happy to be back at CCC because of the friendly environment, every day is a new day, and the therapeutic benefits of working with animals
